MPM offers a complete range of hybrid machines that perfectly suit the laser cutting and 3D trimming needs of professionals. These machines homogeneously combine the performance of five-axis machining and the speed of five-axis laser cutting.

Our modular range made up of standard elements provides an efficient solution for the machining of pieces made of titanium, Inconel, or other hard materials.

The architecture and design of the Hybrid Aerocell 55 are optimised for the cutting and trimming of small pieces made of hard materials.

• Five-axis head with a fibre laser with power up to 3 kW.
• Five-axis machining heads with an electrospindle powered up to 10 kW, spinning at 10,000 rpm.
• Machine travel up to X=3100, Y=2100 and Z=1000 mm.

 
The Hybrid Aerocell 88 is the perfect tool for cutting and trimming large pieces made of hard materials.

• Five-axis head with a fibre laser with power up to 10 kW.
• Five-axis machining heads with an electrospindle powered up to 30 kW, spinning at 10,000 rpm.
• Machine travel up to X=5400, Y=2600 and Z=1000 mm.
